- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have called more than a handful of times over a 2 week time span and requested an appointment by phone. Ive chosen a time and date each time and have NEVER received a call back on any one of those occassions. I have called and actually got an employee to answer the phone ONE TIME outside of those experiences where he proceeded to rush me off the phone as i was asking specific questions geared towards my needs, making sure that every question was asked because i dont live in the state of MA. So time cant be wasted when making my visit there. Needless to say, the male employee was very rude and hung up before i could say goodbye. I have called 3 times since that phone call and have had a hold time of "17-24" minutes or around that time frame, each time. I have waited well over 2 hrs. Each phone call and never got an employee on the line. By far the worst RMV i have ever dealt with. Completely unacceptable.By Ilene Gonzalez, July 07, 2017
